It is our policy to answer all customer service emails within 24 hours, if you have a question or tracking request send it to [email protected], if for some reason you haven’t heard back from us within 24 hours simply call us at 619.328.6275.

We love our customers & it is our intention that they love us too, we always want to make you happy. In the rare case of a mistake by us we will reprint your stickers at no additional charge. If, however, the mistake is on your side (you had a misspelling, you ordered for a band that splits up before you get your stickers, your event is canceled, etc.) we’ve already paid to have the stickers printed & you can’t return the product. We love you though & your business so if you call us up & let us know what’s happened we’ll throw you a deal the next time you order from us.
